autistics and sleep problems

this is a thread, which am sure all go thougth. they having sleeping probleam

my mine is that dont have gain any once of sleepyness, am insomic so i have to take meds to sleep but probleam with that is. my body is set on a routine biolocal clock so if i take the sleeping pills not befrore my set time, i wake up in middle of night unable to go back to sleep. but i take my sleeping pill i feel sleepy in day time becouse meds are in my system. and if i dont take my meds i soon alseep at 5 in morning and only get 3 to5 hours of sleep. feeling hyper and awake but i cant do this becouse a lot becouse it is unhealthy to get thoes number of hours and sleep would catch up with me in a bad way

If it is peaceful, I can sleep like anything . If it is noisy, I cannot sleep at all.

i wish had your sleep isssues better then being insomic it is quiet were i live so i could sleep thuough night .

Yeah but there should be some solution to the meds problem. It makes me very uncomfortable to think that a young person is getting drugged on a daily basis by the doctor and the parents.

i dislike taking meds, i wish it did not have to take them. but cant something strong enough to but me to sleep. thats not meds any suggestions i can try?

its very harmful. i cant image what the pills would do to my body in long term. or this worry. if i carry child in my body the chemical maybe harmful for the growing child.

yeah..it can affect on both health mother and child. you should worry about it.

why you not trying some natural ways?

yeah the idea these meds hurt a growing child scares me.

i don't know but i just suggest you. try on google. i'm sure it will give you answer
